Hacking Policy in the Digital Age

The legal and social frameworks that will guide the digital age are still being written. New laws and practices are emerging to grasp thedigital realities and possibilities. The ITS fellows will discuss collaborative law-making, how privacy in the EU moves forward propelled by data disasters and technological failures, the right to be forgotten, and how cyberwars are not wars. This interactive session will feature a mix of new concepts and provocative approaches from around the world.

This meeting was part of ITS Global Policy Fellowship 2015.
