Researcher at the University of Washington studying information, infrastructure, international relations and internet governance. His work is principally in Myanmar and Brazil at the moment. Arnaudo’s principal work is to develop strategies with the University of Washington to teach digital and information literacy in Myanmar.
Marginalized Communities in the Digital Age
The Internet as a tool to empower marginalized communities. We invited a group of international researchers and students for a conversation about techniques to catalyze and engage young people from global peripheries, creating bottom-up actions to bring about change in realities. This meeting was part of ITS Global Policy Fellowship 2015.
